In 2023 the YES (Yalta European Strategy) Conference took place in the format of a War Room that unfolded within the protective walls of a beautiful hotel, nestled in the heart of the Kyiv city center. Many Ukrainian and global business and political leaders, historians and economists attended it with the hope of forming answers regarding the questions about the duration and resolution of the war.

YES, which traditionally has been the platform for defining the future of Ukraine and Europe is keeping its legacy today as well as was setting up the foundations for the rebuilding of the country. Various questions and challenges were raised and discussed in the panels and during the breaks. Many of the current and prospective members of Women on Boards Ukraine participated in the conference as it is one of the major pillars for members of our community to contribute to BuildingBetterUkraine.
