The theme of World Economic Forum
Nestled amid the breathtaking landscapes of Davos, over 800 CEOs, 1,600 companies, and representatives from hundreds of diverse nations converge for pivotal conversations. This week, the founders of Women on Boards Ukraine Tatiana Furtseva, Nina Dombrowska and Olena Malynska had the privilege of being part of this dynamic gathering.
Rebuilding Trust is the theme of World Economic Forum and it resonates profoundly with the challenges of the world and dynamic discussions we had in Davos.
Davos is the great place to build partnerships which was in the focus of the meetings held by the founders with prominent women organizations and potential supporters as well as stakeholders interested in Rebuild Ukraine. We have reached an important agreements to be announced soon and look forward to bringing all created partnerships to life.
It was great to see that the demographics at WEF are evolving positively. We witnessed more young faces, more women, and more diverse backgrounds joining the dialogue. According to WEF, approximately 28% of the 3,000 participants in Davos, including 350 heads of state and government, were women. "This year marks a significant milestone in the 54-year history of the Annual Meeting, as we expect to welcome more than 800 women to Davos — the highest number in our records."
In the days and weeks to come, we'll be sharing some more insights gathered by our founders during their time in Davos.
