From the spark of an idea to the creation of Women on Boards Ukraine one year ago, our journey together has been driven by friendship, shared purpose, and the belief that true progress happens when women join forces. What began as discussions about the challenges of leadership evolved into a platform founded on solidarity, mutual respect, and the life principle of collaboration over competition.

Together, we’ve come to understand that the strength of an idea isn’t just in its execution but in the partnership that fuels it. We know that is not easy but it is definitely possible.
