Last week, members of Women on Boards Ukraine proudly joined over 6,000 participants at the Ukraine Recovery Conference 2025 in Rome — a pivotal gathering focused not just on what Ukraine needs, but on how we will rebuild it. And at the heart of that “how” is people — both women and men.
