Two days (April 10-11) of the EU-UA Business Summit, hosted by the European Commission, were a powerful moment of unity, strategy, and vision. European industry leaders joined this vital dialogue, helping shape a future of shared prosperity and partnership between EU and Ukrainian businesses.

In alignment with our mission, it was encouraging to hear a consistent message — from government officials to corporate changemakers: Ukraine’s path to EU integration must include and elevate the voices of women. And it’s not just about equality — it’s about unlocking strategic advantages through inclusion and innovation.

As part of this important gathering, we were also honored to host a private dinner for the Women on Boards Ukraine community — a heartfelt evening of connection, reflection, and solidarity.
