Yesterday we delved into the NATIONAL REGISTER OF CORPORATE DIRECTORS.

Mr. Oleksandr Okuniev, Chairman of the Board at Corporate Governance Professional Association and a staunch advocate of Women on Boards Ukraine (WoBua), provided invaluable insights into the purpose, application process, advantages, and shared real-life examples concerning the National Register.

Facilitating our dialogue was Olyana Gordiyenko, Director of Corporate Governance at ICU and a seasoned member of the National Register’s Board. Her expertise added depth to our conversation.

A spirited debate emerged surrounding procedures and paperwork for CGPA membership. Additionally, we addressed concerns regarding ageism and disparities in compensation, exploring the inclusion criteria for the Register.
